ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery Management System
ISO 37001 is an international standard for Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS) designed to help organizations prevent, detect, and respond to bribery in all its forms. It provides a structured framework for implementing anti-bribery policies, establishing effective controls, promoting ethical behavior, ensuring regulatory compliance, and protecting the organization from legal, financial, and reputational risks. ISO 37001:2016 – Current Version
The current globally recognized version, ISO 37001:2016, emphasizes several key principles:
